-Customers must be over 23 and be a credit card holder or. Also a valid driving license held for at least one year is required. A valid driving license held for at least three year is required.
-The driving license can be issued from Greece, the European Union or the driver can hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). For Non Eu citizens is required an International Driving Permit (IDP)
The driver must have a valid credit card at his name .
To complete an online reservation through www.naxosway,gr customer must have a valid Credit card. If the reservation is cancelled outside the pre-determined time limits or if customer fails to collect the vehicle on the predetermined pick-up date and time, NaxosWay reserves the right to charge the card with a fee according to the cancellation policy.
In order to pick up the reserved vehicle, the card holder must present the card under which the reservation was made. The card holder will appear as the driver on the rental agreement. We accept most credit cards including , Visa and MasterCard.
NaxosWay allows you to make changes to a reservation online.
Any change to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked.
The lead customer name, the pick-up location, the credit card number or the car group on a reservation cannot be changed. If you wish to change the lead name or the pick-up location, then you must cancel the reservation and make a new reservation.
Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle earlier than the reservation’s return date and time.
All reservations are subject to availability. In the event that we cannot provide you a car of the category you made a reservation, we will try to provide you with a car of the next category without any extra charge.
Cancel 7 days before pickup date withholding 50 % of the reservation total amount
Cancel 6 days before pickup date withholding 100 % of the reservation total amount
Cancel 14 days before pickup date withholding 35 % of the reservation total amount
Non show withholding 100 % of the reservation total amount
