For groups A, B and J the driver must be a credit card holder while the minimum age is 23 years of age. If you do not hold a credit card in your own name then you must be over 25 years of age to rent a Naxosway vehicle.
For larger groups the minimum age is strictly 25 years old.
Only drivers mentioned in the rental agreement are allowed to drive a Naxosway vehicle.
Yes, you may add an additional driver onto your rental agreement. This must be done at the time of rental. The additional driver must present a valid driving licence at time of rent. You can also add an additional driver onto your rental agreement during your rental. To do this the driver and the additional driver can visit any Naxosway Rental location. The additional driver must present a valid driving licence and must comply with age restrictions.
The daily cost is €5 per day plus VAT.
Upon pick up of the vehicle, Naxosway will preauthorise an amount from the driver’s credit card as a deposit for guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. The amount of the deposit varies according to the car group. Specifically:
No. Towing is a violation of the rental agreement and is not permitted under any circumstances.
Naxosway vehicles, including 4-wheel drives, are to be operated only on regularly maintained roads. Off-road use is in violation of the rental agreement.
There is a 29 minute grace period. After the grace period has expired a full day’s charge will apply.
In the case you return the car earlier than the agreed delivery date, there will be no refund.

You should contact the police immediately, and then contact the renting location and advise them on the situation.
No, there are exceptions for damages which are not covered by any insurance. Such cases are single damages to the lower part of the vehicle, wheels and tires. Also not covered are damages due to driving on an improper road surface, towing another vehicle, transfer of explosives, rallying, etc.

On the second step, choose your preferred vehicle category and payment method and complete your reservation by filling in your personal data and credit card details.
Bookings are subject to a specific car group, which includes several different car models with similar features. You can ask for a specific model during the pick-up, whether it is available.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards are accepted. We do not accept prepaid cards.
Upon succesfull completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you provided during your reservation.
In case you do not show-up on the pick-up time that you provided during your reservation, with no prior written notification, Naxosway has the right to cancel your booking after the end of a 29 minutes grace period and charge a no-show .
No. In order to pick up the reserved vehicle, the card holder must present the card under which the reservation was made. The card holder will appear as the driver on the rental agreement.
